Private Yoga is designed to meet your specific needs. The ancient practice of yoga understands the health of the whole person and includes techniques for physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual well being. You will learn the five points of yoga: Proper Exercise, Breathing, Diet, Relaxation, and Meditation/ Positive Thinking. Private yoga is for anyone who needs a personal trainer for a specific focus and for personalized attention. Yoga is for..weight-loss, stress- relief, recovery, depression, athletic training, personal growth, wellness and more. Please call in advance to schedule your sessions. Intro to yoga 4 week class will give you a foundation of the fundamental principles of alignment, breathing, and an understanding of your own personal needs according to your body. Course is for brand new, beginners, or returning students wanting a refresher. Basic instruction will beon the 5 pts. of yoga: proper exercise, breathing

Corporate yoga is a unique service that we offer to companies and to the community. We bring yoga instruction and or wellness workshops for individuals, groups, organizations, and companies. Group mobile yoga, private mobile yoga, and wellness workshops are designed for your specific needs. We offer ongoing yoga classes at your location during lunch time hours and or before work. Yoga and workshops inspire healthy living techniques that impacts every part of your day-to-day work environment. Corporate Wellness Programs reduces sick leave, stress, chronic fatigue, and increases productivity to promote a more harmonious office environment. Yoga alleviates muscles tension, aches, and pain while bringing inner awareness.
Yoga classes and wellness workshops-promote healthy living through the five points of yoga: proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation/meditation, and positive thinking. The techniques taught will help with stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue tension, and many other common complaints are addressed in classes/workshops.
$85 per session and $75 per session with multiple sessions and ongoing programs
KIDS YOGA
Children's yoga classes promote the health of the whole child as they will learn the five point of yoga: exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, positive thinking, through stories, songs, music, games, and movement. Classes include use of instruments for an appreciation of sound, rhythm, and singing. Yoga postures will be taught to improve listening skills, coordination, and flexibility and strength. Children will be have activities and games along with structured yoga practice time. Benefits of Yoga: Improves learning ability, concentration, and coordination along with toning and strengthening muscles, joints, and ligaments. Children will learn balance, alignment, self worth and respect.

Weight-loss 4 Children Program
Children will learn to be Fit by learning the 5 pts. of Yoga: proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, and postive thinking/meditation. This is a fun program for children to be healthy with fitness experts Jena Baird and Dian Packer. The next 6 week course begins.
