Intro To Yoga- this workshop is a great introduction to yoga, with basic fundamentals to set you own your path to health & well-being. The points of yoga will be instructed such as proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, and meditation/positive thinking. The workshop starts with 30 minutes in the far infrared sauna to help loosen tight muscles. You will learn body awareness, being mindful, basic alignment and yoga etiquette. The workshop will help you to understand that yoga is more then physical fitness, it is to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the holistic approach to health and well-being. 2 hour class $30 Classes fill up quickly, please call to reserve, limited space available.
Intro To Meditation- Learn basic technique to quiet the mind and feel inner peace. Workshop includes instruction, practice, and a serene setting to relax. You will learn the deep breathing, body awareness, visualization, and relaxation techniques which are essential tools for learning to meditate. Practical application is also apart of the instruction to help you apply it into your life by becoming more mindful, listening within, becoming a silent witness, and the practice of surrendering. 90 minute class $25. Serenity Spa Yoga-Enjoy are signature spa yoga, a blend of therapeutic yoga postures and spa treatments for the relaxation of the body and mind. Spa yoga starts with far infrared sauna, followed by a yoga class, spa treatments. Fruit & Tea also included. Dinner can be added for an additional fee.
Private spa yoga available as well as scheduled group spa yoga through out the year. $95 for two. Call for group pricing.

Boot camp is an intensive yoga course to set you on the path towards an active healthy lifestyle. Learn the 5 pts. of yoga: proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, meditation/positive thinking and ancient detox/cleansing techniques with lasting results. Class includes walking, swimming, and yoga, the safest and most effective forms of exercise.
Schedule
Monday-Friday- 6:00 pm & begins with 20 minutes of fast walking/jogging, 20 minutes in the far infrared sauna, and ends with a 90 minute yoga class.
Sunday and Saturday starts at 9:00 am-12:00 pm and includes workshops, cleansing techniques, far infrared sauna and yoga. Space is limited so early registration is required to ensure your spot. $165 for entire weeklong program
PRENATAL YOGA (5 Week Courses)
Prepare for birth through the five points of yoga: Proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, and meditation/positive thinking.

Spring Into Wellness: 5 week Rejuvenation Program
Includes a personalized initial evaluation with the Holistic Health Practitioner, demo/discussion per week, phone and email access to practitioner for support
Week One - Intro to Rejuvenation Program
1. Meet one on one with your Holistic Health Practitioner to evaluate your current health
2. Learn about the tools, supplies, benefits, and techniques we plan to incorporate in the following weeks.
3. Begin eating a raw and living food diet.
4. Start purchasing/collecting supplies for cleansing

Week Two - Healthy Channels of Elimination
1. While eating a raw food diet, incorporate the various methods to promote a healthy elimination system.
2. Learn about the 5 channels of Elimination and how to maintain them using herbal teas, techniques, foods
3. Begin a colon cleanse such as a colonic, herbal cleanse, salt flush, or enema.

Week Three - Juice Fasting
1. Learn the benefits, techniques, and tools for juice fasting

Week Four - Support Digestion
1. Come off the fast and resume eating raw and living foods
2. Understanding healthy digestion, probiotics, healthy bacteria, and food combining for optimal digestion.

Holistic Baby Food Prep & Breastfeeding Nutrition
Learn about wholesome nutrition and food preparation for babies, including raw food recipes, suggested supplies, and optimal foods for breastfeeding. Discussion intended for babies 6 months through 1 year.

Serenity Birth Workshops
Workshops are for couples to prepare for their new arrival by learning the 5 points of yoga: proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, and meditation/positive thinking. Natural birthing techniques are taught such as visualization, yoga ball exercises, homeopathy, and nutrition to enhance pregnancy and labor.
