Get Rewarded: Everybody needs a good incentive to stay motivated.  And don’t we all love to be rewarded for our good efforts. The serenity reward system gives you points based on you attendance and bringing a friend or family member. Come to yoga often and receive BIG RESULTS for your health & well-being along with BIG SAVINGS on your yoga passes and rewards for memberships.

How It Works: It is easy and free to sign up. Earn 1 pt. per class and in a 30 day period see how many points you can earn. You will be given a reward card that will be placed on the front desk in alphabetical order ordering to your first name. There will be a place on the card to write the date which will be the start date for you 30 days. You will be in charge of adding points at the beginning of each class so you can see all the points you are racking in. Check out the point and reward system chart below to see the killer deals

You will feel the benefits of yoga with regular practice, so value yourself and dedicate time for your personal development, health and well-being. Place classes on your calendar to block that time out just for you. Place a yoga schedule on your refrigerator, desk, or in the car. If you don’t make time it slips away and the demands and pressures of life will consume your time with nothing left over but “burn out”.

So give yourself full permission for 2012 to own and value your time with a new awareness and passion towards feeding and nourishing your internal self.

The recommendation by health experts is to exercise no less than 3 times a week.

A helpful tip: come to yoga at least 2 to 4 times a week (bare minimum) and walk two times a week, it is an excellent combo and provides you all you fitness needs.  Apply the yoga breath and stress relief techniques into your day. Just proper yoga breathing alone is reason enough the come to class because the benefits are truly astounding, you will feel greater clarity, more energy, stress hormones will be stabilized, activate your metabolism, and purify internal organs, just to name a few of the benefits you receive from 1 hour and 15 minute classes.

Yoga is like no other fitness- you will get physically fit with defined and toned muscles. Along with a great physique you will receive emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being to compliment all aspect of the whole self. It is a transformative practice, getting to the root of blockage by physically defining the body, filling up internally, clearing out mental tension, and the end result is… greater balance, joy, and energy. Yah!
